About the Role
Jazera Arabia Contracting is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Technician to join its construction team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to projects within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of mechanical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment according to established procedures and specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide installation and repair work.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and project-specific requirements throughout all tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a Mechanical Technician, with a preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various mechanical systems, equipment operation, and best practices in maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to effectively address mechanical challenges.
- The capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
