Key Responsibilities
• Process Design Engineering: Support the analysis and specification of methods, process steps, and equipment for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Engineering Solutions Design: Assist in feasibility testing of proposed solutions and provide feedback.
• Contract Management: Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes and work towards enhancement.
• Project Management: Work within established project management plans to achieve specific goals.
• Personal Capability Building: Engage in development planning and training to enhance your skills and capabilities.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level.
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong engineering technology and design skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
