- Managing and updating employee records and files.
- Preparing monthly reports related to human resources management and following up on them.
- Coordinating with various departments to meet their human resources needs.
- Supporting the implementation of the approved internal policies and regulations in the company.
Required Qualifications:- Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Practical experience of at least two years in the field of human resources.
- Familiarity with labor systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Social Insurance System.
