Delivery Representative

About the Role

Al Zahrawi Medical Supplies LLC is seeking a Delivery Representative for Dar Al-Zahra Medical Equipment Company. This full-time position is based in the Southern Province of Saudi Arabia, covering cities such as Abha, Jazan, Najran, Al Baha, Bishah, and Al Qunfidhah. The role involves ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate with company drivers or external transport companies for delivery operations.
• Manage all delivery and communication activities, coordinating effectively with the receiving party.
• Review goods and invoices upon delivery to ensure compliance with documentation and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly reports for the direct manager detailing deliveries and related matters.
• Execute fieldwork as directed by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license with a clean driving record, free of major violations.
• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma; a Bachelor's degree is also acceptable.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 7 years in a relevant field.

• Skills in coordination and continuous follow-up of tasks.

Work Location and Coverage

This role primarily covers the Southern region of Saudi Arabia, including Asir, Jazan, Najran, Al-Baha, Bisha, and Al-Qunfudhah. The Delivery Representative may also be required to undertake deliveries in other regions of the Kingdom as needed.
