We are looking for a distinguished hotel receptionist to join our team at Al-Ghanim Company Limited.The responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising, coordinating, and providing guest services at the reception desk, including booking and check-in/check-out.
- Maintaining the reservation list and providing necessary paperwork.
- Enhancing customer service and satisfaction, and handling disputes and complaints.
- Implementing hotel policies and procedures.
- Building strong relationships with travel and reservation agencies.
- Reviewing hotel prices and organizing invoices as needed.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
