Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Reservations or Guest Services, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About The Job

The work is simple, especially since the demand during the shift is low. The salary is 1000, and there may be a bonus or commission based on performance in the future.
