Key Responsibilities
Support monthly marketing planning and execution across platforms and channels
Develop creative ideas for campaigns, content, and collaterals aligned with brand guidelines
Create and manage the content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, internal screens, printed materials)
Coordinate production of marketing materials (photoshoots, videos, POSM, packaging communication)
Plan and execute on-ground activations and sampling events to drive brand engagement and trial
Manage and liaise with third-party agencies for media buying (ATL & BTL) and ensure performance tracking
Assist with PR efforts including outreach coordination, press mentions, influencer relations and seeding
Work closely with Operations and Branch Teams to ensure campaign rollout and visibility
Track marketing KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign performance
Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and asset libraries
Qualifications & Experience
2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the F&B/retail/hospitality sector
Proven experience in:
Content planning and execution
On-ground activations
Agency management (media buying ATL/BTL)
Basic PR and influencer coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Creative mindset with attention to detail
