- Maintain the highest standards and consistent quality in food preparation while staying updated on new Oriental recipes and techniques.
- Update menu recipes and assist in menu planning for promotions.
- Attend daily chefs and banquet operational meetings.
- Coordinate with other sections regarding cleanliness, cost control, and waste management.
- Ensure the freshness, presentation, and temperature of food served always meet our standards.
Qualifications and Skills:You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course along with previous experience in Oriental specialty cuisine. Good culinary skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English are essential. Additional competencies include:
