Job OverviewThe Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Officer to join its Corporate Services and Communication department at the IsDBG HQ in Jeddah. This role is essential for efficient coordination and execution of departmental operations.
Job PurposeThe Technical Support Officer will provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure smooth business operations. This includes organizing office-related activities and providing essential support to the General Manager.
Key Accountabilities- Technical Support: Assist the General Manager in preparing presentation materials and documentation.
- Monitor technical matters and project statuses, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external functions for meeting logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical documentation and correspondence.
Administration Support:- Manage the General Manager's calendar and schedule meetings.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls and inquiries.
Meeting Briefings and Follow-up:- Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
- Manage the agenda of all meetings attended by the General Manager.
Reporting:- Prepare timely updates and progress reports on departmental activities.
Qualifications- At least 3 years of experience in a support role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar.
- Professional certificate in Project Management is advantageous.
Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
