 Job description:

Role Summary: A proactive role focused on generating new business and managing the end-to-end client relationship—from initial lead to final payment collection.Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Identify and generate new leads via cold calling, networking, arranging visits, and prospective client meetings
  • Order Management: Serve clients from order receipt through payment collection.
  • Client Success: Provide after-sales support, resolve all queries/complaints, and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related information.

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience in a similar position
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (Dual Language).
  • Skills: Polite disposition, proactive attitude, and rigorous follow-up skills.
  • Communication: Confident verbal and written communication.
  • Availability: Must always be available for client calls.
