The general objective of the job:
Ensure the provision of materials, equipment, and technical services necessary for projects with the highest quality, on time, and within budget, taking into account the technical specifications and contract terms.

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Planning and follow-up:
    Analyze the project needs for materials and equipment in coordination with engineers and project managers. Prepare a procurement timeline plan according to the project schedule. Prepare and execute tracking tables for the status of orders and purchases (Procurement Logs).
  • Preparing Purchase Requests (PRs):
    Review purchase requests received from projects. Ensure the clarity of the quantities and technical specifications required before starting the purchasing process.
  • Communication with suppliers and manufacturers:
    Search for qualified suppliers locally and internationally with experience in the Saudi market. Send requests for quotes (RFQs) and compare prices.
  • Negotiation and contracts:
    Negotiate the best commercial and technical terms. Prepare and review supply contracts.
  • Issuing Purchase Orders (POs):
    Prepare purchase orders, get them approved by the relevant department, and send the orders to suppliers.
  • Follow-up on supply and delivery:
    Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Quality and technical compliance:
    Coordinate the technical inspection of received materials and ensure that the materials comply with specifications.
  • Technical support and reporting:
