We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee our operations in a dynamic and innovative environment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our logistics and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations ensuring network performance, SLA compliance, and device availability.
  • Participate in the development of the operations team.
  • Set and evaluate KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Contribute to strategic network expansion planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Russian; Upper-Intermediate English (B2).
  • Strong knowledge of operations management concepts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and task management systems like Jira or Trello.
