Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the aluminum factory.
- Ensure production efficiency and high-quality standards.
- Optimize logistics and overall performance of the factory.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5—10 years of experience in aluminum factory operations.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in GCC countries or certifications in PMP / Lean Six Sigma.
