Join Tristar Group as an Operations Manager– KSA

In this vital role, you will lead and scale Tristar’s Road Transport business, particularly in industrial gases transportation operations in KSA. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest safety standards, compliance, service reliability, and cost management while building strong customer confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee comprehensive gas transportation operations, including planning, dispatch, and delivery execution.
  • Drive HSE leadership to ensure compliance and incident prevention.
  • Manage a diverse team of supervisors, journey coordinators, drivers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to KSA regulations and customer standards.
  • Improve productivity metrics such as turnaround time and cost per trip.
  • Interface directly with customer operations teams and manage escalations.
  • Establish operational governance through dashboards and documentation.
  • Support scalability for additional gas volumes and new customer onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 15–20 years of experience in industrial gas transportation/logistics.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing large operational teams in high-compliance settings.
  • Strong HSE mindset and compliance execution.
  • Experience with major industrial customers and multi-site operations in KSA.
  • Proficient in planning, truck utilization, and stakeholder management.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong P&L management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle system.
  • Advanced Excel skills (A+ level – financial analysis, reporting, dashboards).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions independently.
