Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in financial institutions or large companies.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
