In the Industry Service & Cybersecurity business unit, we seek a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager. This role is vital for shaping the future of the industry and accompanying technological progress. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, managing sales pipelines, coaching and motivating your sales team, and developing strategies for success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales within your area of responsibility.
  • Oversee sales pipeline and implement countermeasures for gaps.
  • Coach and train sales staff, assisting them in performance enhancement.
  • Conduct customer visits as necessary.
  • Adjust sales strategies and targets in collaboration with regional managers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and ensure compliance with global processes.
  • Foster collaboration across business sectors.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales management.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
