Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Uphold consistent product quality, including coffee preparation and food service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs.
- Monitor budgets and analyze financial reports.
- Recruit and train staff to build a motivated team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis.
