Key Responsibilities:

Lead pursuit and win strategy for DDE opportunities with EPC clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors and key client stakeholders.
Support commercial negotiations, contract terms, and rate discussions.
Coordinate closely with engineering, projects, and BD teams to position Worley competitively.
Act as a bridge between technical delivery teams and client decision-makers across sectors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in the oil & gas industry in Saudi Arabia, with strong EPC exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher.
Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
