Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on various company operations, contracts, and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and construction-related agreements.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi laws, particularly in real estate and construction.
  • Manage legal documentation for property transactions and project developments.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Liaise with law firms, government authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate potential legal risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Stay informed about legal changes affecting the business.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Advisor or Counsel.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi commercial and real estate laws.
