What the Role Entails:
The Legal Advisor is a key position that focuses on providing comprehensive legal guidance and support across a variety of practice areas. Responsibilities include:
  • Interpreting laws and regulations
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Representing clients' interests in negotiations and legal proceedings
  • Proactively anticipating legal risks
  • Communicating complex legal matters effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all advice is commercially sound and compliant with current legislation.

Key Requirements:
  • Law Doctorate
  • A minimum of 25 years of experience as a legal advisor or lawyer, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
  • Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to clearly interpret and explain legal concepts
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
