Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts in both Arabic and English.
- Compliance and Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to all applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- Legal Advisory: Provide timely legal advice to senior management on issues including corporate structuring and HR-related matters.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Oversee all litigation matters and work closely with external counsel when necessary.
Experience and Qualifications:- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree required; Master of Laws (LLM) is a plus.
- 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in the construction and real estate industries is essential.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian laws, particularly in commercial and labor law.
