We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Leadership: Provide high-level regulatory legal counsel, ensure compliance with Saudi laws and public sector protocols.
- Policy & Process Development: Develop and review policies, procedures, and governance documents for regulatory alignment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary legal interface with regulatory bodies, maintain relationships, and advocate for client interests.
- Advisory & Training: Advise teams on legal risks, design workshops, and promote awareness of legal obligations.
- Regulatory Risk Management: Identify regulatory risks and lead audits and inspections.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university, Master's is desirable.
- 14 years of experience in legal advisory roles, with at least 10 years focusing on regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Saudi government processes and public procurement law.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
