Key Responsibilities:- Collect manufacturing samples from various stages of production, including in-process and finished products.
- Conduct tests on product samples to ensure compliance with required quality standards and document the results.
- Identify defect sources and recommend actions to mitigate their impact while updating quality policies and procedures accordingly.
- Maintain technical expertise and stay updated on sector trends and government regulations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) certification is preferred.
Skills:- Advanced measurement techniques.
- Quality auditing skills.
- Supervision and monitoring capabilities.
- Responsibility and accountability.
Experience Required:5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
