A leading company in the contracting field that owns 4 brands is in need of a Social Media Account Management Specialist with at least two years of experience to join the dynamic work team. We are looking for a creative person, who loves challenges, and possesses high analytical and executive skills to lead the digital accounts of the company's brands.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Strategy:

    • Establishing and implementing monthly and annual marketing plans for the brands (4 brands currently, with 3 under development).

    • Developing digital marketing strategies that align with the objectives of each brand.

    • Studying customer behavior and analyzing data to identify target segments and ways to attract them.

  2. Content and Campaign Management:

    • Creating creative and engaging content (texts, images, videos) for different platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

    • Supervising the publication of marketing campaigns and setting their budgets, and monitoring their performance on a daily basis.

    • Analyzing campaign results and preparing monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

  3. Managing the Digital Community and Interaction:

    • Responding to comments and messages from followers and building positive relationships with the audience.

    • Keeping up with the latest social media trends and applying them to increase interaction and organic growth.

  4. Coordinating with the Team:

    • Working with designers, content writers, and editors (either within the team or freelancers based on quality) to ensure content quality.

    • Cooperating with the sales team on joint tasks (such as receiving clients at the office when needed or following up with potential clients).

  5. Performance Improvement and Analysis:

    • Using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to measure ROI.

    • Suggesting continuous improvements based on data and performance.

Skills and Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in social media account management (with previous work samples provided).

  • Proficiency in design tools (such as Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or CapCut).

  • A deep understanding of social platforms' algorithms and advertising tools (such as Meta Ads Manager).

  • Able to write engaging marketing content in both Arabic and English (if possible).

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.

  • Communicative personality, leadership, and able to represent the brand to clients.
