This position can be home or overseas office-based from any of our modern offices worldwide, with specific interest in candidates located in Saudi Arabia, North Africa, and the European Mediterranean regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives towards success.
- Conduct business development in defined territories and industry applications.
- Promote our diverse product range effectively to clients.
- Create new business opportunities alongside our existing customer base.
- Report on new ventures and ideas suitable for the business.
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy within allocated territories.
- Manage complex negotiations with mid to senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Support local, national, and international sales initiatives on projects.
- Engage with clients and participate in trade fairs to promote business globally.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in steel sales is mandatory.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in steel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of the sales process and steel applications.
- Technical mindset for product application and sales.
- Knowledge of a second language is advantageous but not necessary.
