Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Assist in staff training, focusing on serving techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
  • Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests from customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
