Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily maintenance operations and perform custodial support.
- Establish schedules for maintenance services, identifying resources and prioritizing tasks.
- Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs to meet safety and quality standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures effectively.
- Coordinate construction projects and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Engage in hiring processes and provide training to new staff.
- Lead weekly meetings and safety inspections to promote a compliant and safe working environment.
- Inspire your team through motivation and professional development opportunities.
Work Environment: - Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%
- 6 Working Days per week with 1 Day Off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)
Job Requirements: - BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD
- Fluency in English and Arabic
