In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
- Supervise technicians and service providers to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Handle maintenance requests with proper documentation and closure.
- Assist in creating operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Leasing/Marketing team for tenant move-ins and handovers.
- Respond to tenant service requests effectively.
- Manage inventory control and procurement of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report any issues.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage tenant interactions.
- Proven leadership abilities to supervise and motivate staff.
