Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager for Industrial AutomationWe are expanding and seeking an experienced and high-performing Regional Sales Manager for our Industrial Data Solutions Division in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. HMS Networks develops and markets innovative products that enable industrial equipment to communicate within the automation market, trusted by professionals in their integration projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage our product families (Redlion®, Ewon®, Ntron®, Anybus®) to solve customer challenges with a primary focus on direct and channel customers, including system integrators and end users.
- Develop and manage a robust Distributor and approved system integrator network within a defined territory.
- Focus on sectors including Manufacturing, Utilities, and Oil & Gas.
- Manage, train, and guide the channel partner network to ensure high standards of conduct and business practices.
- Create and execute an annual sales strategy ensuring achievement of sales quotas and objectives.
- Generate technical sales proposals and manage active customer accounts.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Maintain records of customer communication and sales activity.
- Develop account management plans for large accounts.
Requirements:- Minimum diploma in an engineering-related discipline.
- 1015 years of B2B business development and sales experience.
- Working knowledge in industrial automation controls and communication protocols.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Able to travel extensively within the defined territory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-driven with a collaborative mindset.
- Resourceful in problem-solving and developing solutions.
