Graphic Designer (Car Care Products and Social Media) - Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile graphic designer to join our team, focusing primarily on designing car care products and developing engaging content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in video editing, experience with AI design tools, and a practical knowledge of WordPress principles and user interface and user experience design.

Main Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, promotional materials, and custom visual elements for the automotive/car care sector.

• Create attractive graphics, videos, and animations for social media campaigns and product launches.

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, brand-compliant videos for our digital channels.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visual concepts and strategies aligned with our brand identity.

• Use AI tools to enhance creative workflow and production.

• Maintain and update content on WordPress sites, ensuring a user-friendly and visually engaging experience.

• Apply basic user interface/user experience principles to improve website usability and digital content.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media, and automotive industry developments.

• Capture images of existing products and turn them into more engaging content and visually appealing products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. At least one year of experience in design and product content.

• A strong passion and commitment to contributing to the company's success, with a broad imagination. Ability to work under limited supervision.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) and AI-based design tools.

• Strong skills in video editing and animation.

• Experience in content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, including content updates and minor design edits.

• Understanding of user interface/user experience fundamentals.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, influencers, content, paid advertising) to increase brand awareness, traffic volume, and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with product launches, promotions, and customer service priorities.
• Oversee the creation of visual content, videos, and high-quality texts that resonate with beauty trends and appeal to our audience.
• Build strong relationships with local influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand our reach.
• Act as the primary contact with external marketing agencies to ensure clarity of guidelines, adherence to timelines, and alignment of final products with the brand.
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty and personal care trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• The applicant should preferably be of Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or e-commerce sector.
• A proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• A deep understanding of the local beauty and personal care market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Practical experience working on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Salla, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• The ability to coordinate between multiple teams and manage external agencies.

• Achieve targeted daily sales calls with effectiveness.
• Develop new business leads on a weekly basis.

  Enforce internal compliance policies while conducting daily audits of invoices and exceptions.
