Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming guests: Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing necessary assistance.

2. Check-in and check-out procedures: Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and swiftly.

3. Responding to inquiries: Providing information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding areas.

4. Managing reservations: Handling the booking system, confirming and modifying reservations as needed.

5. Problem-solving: Addressing complaints and issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments such as room service and housekeeping to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.

7. Keeping records: Accurately recording necessary information such as guest details and payments.

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to handle pressure.

- Basic computer skills.

- Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred.

- Excellent English language skills.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in chiller units.
• Perform refrigerant charging and recovery while adhering to environmental regulations.
• Install and configure new chiller systems in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Calibrate and adjust control systems to maintain temperature and humidity levels.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in detail.
• Collaborate with other technicians to develop energy-saving initiatives in HVAC systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC is preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC control systems and advanced chiller technologies is advantageous.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Executive Support: Assist the Senior Director in coordinating operational and strategic initiatives.
• Progress Chasing: Track actions with project and functional managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Financial Analysis: Interpret financial data, support cost reviews, forecasts, and planning cycles.
• Business Metrics: Create and report meaningful business dashboards.
• Presentation Development: Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, MIS, or a related discipline (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business-facing function.

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized body.

• Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot problems of basic complexity to the component level on SEL products.
• Provide basic product technical support to SEL staff and customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge in SEL processes and products to ensure products quality and integrity.
• Provide basic troubleshooting training to junior department personnel.

• Two-year electronic engineering technology degree or equivalent.
• Basic working knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

• Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally.

• Maintaining hotel equipment and ensuring high performance to minimize breakdowns.
• Responding to guest repair requests and resolving HVAC maintenance issues.
• Conducting daily inspections of public areas and mechanical rooms.

• Monitoring energy and water consumption to support sustainability initiatives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and directing them to the appropriate tables.

• Providing and explaining the menus to customers.

• Accurately taking orders and entering them into the system or conveying them to the kitchen.

• Serving food and beverages in a respectable, clean, and organized manner.

• Continuously monitoring tables to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting their requests.

• Setting the tables with the necessary utensils and supplies before, during, and after service.

• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the work area and tables in coordination with the cleaning responsibility.

• Issuing bills and collecting payments when needed.

• Adhering to hygiene, health, and food safety policies and standards.

• Cooperating with the team to achieve the best collective performance and ideal service.

• Informing the supervisor or manager of any complaints or comments from customers for immediate resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma at minimum.

• Previous experience in the same field (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent communication skills with different types of customers.

• Clean and tidy appearance and high professional conduct.

• The ability to work within a team and under pressure.

• Quick learning and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and occupational health fundamentals.

Working Hours:

• 8 hours daily, six days a week. This includes public holidays with additional work hours counted.
