We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability across assigned outlets and executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and numeric availability targets.
  • Visit customers based on planned sales routes, including wholesalers and supermarkets.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels of active SKUs across outlets.
  • Execute in-store standards, including visibility and promotional displays.
  • Implement trade promotions and sales campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners and purchasing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activities and negotiate orders in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate order processing and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:
0–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in traditional trade or retail channels.

III. Managerial/Administrative:
1. Optimize time in assigned territory while minimizing costs.
2. Track customer history and manage records appropriately.
3. Prepare monthly schedules in coordination with the supervisor.
4. Submit daily reports of activities.

Special Conditions:
- This is a field job requiring constant travel.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Regular email connectivity is required.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s is preferable.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical field.
