Key Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests and ensures they are attended to.
• Presents menus, provides recommendations, receives and places orders, and handles payments.
• Ensures stocks at the outlet are replenished and inventory is maintained.
• Coordinates with the Purchasing team to manage inventory.
• Liaises with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager regarding guest charges.
• Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the area at all times.

Qualifications:

• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.

Job Summary:
The Waiter position in Shangri-La Jeddah goes beyond the regular duties of greeting and serving guests; it focuses on dazzling and delighting guests by creating memorable dining experiences in the Food & Beverage outlet by living the Shangri-La Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Have a strong understanding of the menu and the way each dish is prepared.
• Suggest to guests on menu selection.
• Take orders and serve with great love and affection.
• Delight guests and create memorable moments.
• Prepare the restaurant before service.
• Coordinate with the culinary team for timely service.
• Ensure proper billing.
• Follow Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Assist colleagues in the success of the F&B outlet.
• Support supervisors in ensuring smooth operations.
