المهام الوظيفية:

  • استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم بأسلوب لبق
  • تقديم القوائم وشرح الأطباق والمشروبات بطريقة واضحة وجذابة
  • أخذ الطلبات وتقديمها بدقة واحترافية
  • متابعة الطاولات والتأكد من رضا العملاء
  • المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل
  • العمل بروح الفريق لضمان تجربة سلسة ومميزة

المتطلبات:

  • أسلوب لبق وحسن التعامل مع العملاء
  • مظهر مرتب واهتمام بالتفاصيل
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
  • الالتزام والانضباط في العمل

يفضل:

  • خبرة في المقاهي أو مطاعم الفطور
  • معرفة بالقهوة المختصة
  • رخصة صحية سارية

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage is preferred.
  • Training certification in food safety and hygiene is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is beneficial.

Experience:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in food & beverage service within hospitality environments.
  • 1 year in a supervisory role managing teams during large-scale events.
  • Experience handling VIP and VVIP guests with understanding of protocols.
  • Familiarity with different service styles (*, buffet, plated).

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work well under pressure and during odd hours.
