Role Overview:
The Waiter will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer experiences by managing orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere.
• Taking and serving orders accurately and promptly.
• Providing menu recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient food service.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous.
