Key Responsibilities:- Monitor inventory movements (incoming/outgoing) on a daily basis.
- Ensure actual balances match the system.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, shortages, and excesses.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments.
- Conduct regular and surprise stock counts.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or surpluses.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or management.
- Relevant qualification (Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent).
- Proficient in inventory management software and Excel.
- High accuracy and strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
