Join Our Team as a Waiter!We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team at Saudi Entertainment Ventures in Medina. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience while adhering to food safety standards and hygiene requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service and Order Management: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections. Accurately record and communicate orders to the kitchen.
- Table Service and Section Management: Manage 1–6 tables effectively, ensuring steady service and maintaining guest satisfaction. Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Operational Support and Compliance: Follow FOH Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain awareness of Food Service Standards.
- Guest Experience: Deliver high-quality service, interact with guests courteously, and address inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Service Level Standards: Adhere to established service level standards to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HACCP Intermediate certification (required).
- A minimum of 3 years in a food and beverage service role.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, and Arabic is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
