We at 9cafe are looking for a talented barista to join our team.If you are passionate about specialty coffee and have previous experience in bar management, this is the right place for you. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills:
- At least two years of experience in the specialty coffee field.
- High knowledge of coffee quality, including bean selection, roasting levels, extraction, and adjusting parameters.
- The ability to evaluate taste (Cupping) and identify extraction flaws.
- Proficiency in preparing hot and cold beverages professionally.
- Knowledge of bar management and inventory organization.
- The ability to train the team and ensure the quality of beverages.
- The ability to handle work pressure and deal well with customers.
- Punctuality and discipline.
Required tasks include:- Full supervision of the bar department.
- Ensuring the application of quality and cleanliness standards.
- Developing the beverage menu and suggesting new ideas.
- Monitoring the barista's performance and continuously raising the quality level.
