Job Purpose:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment and systems. This role requires strong mechanical expertise combined with electrical knowledge to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Your focus will be on critical production machinery including CNC machines, overhead cranes, lathes, drills, and compressors.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, advanced troubleshooting, and timely repairs on a diverse range of critical industrial equipment.
• Maintenance Execution: Execute and optimize scheduled preventive maintenance programs to maximize efficiency.
• Mechanical Expertise: Accurately diagnose, repair, and overhaul complex mechanical systems.
• Electrical Proficiency: Handle essential electrical maintenance tasks such as wiring and motor control troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts consumption.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards during work execution.
• Operational Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to reduce equipment downtime.
• Installation & Commissioning: Assist during the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• General Facility Support: Carry out general maintenance and support tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical certification.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of critical equipment.

- ITI/Vocational Certificate course/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Basic IT and digital foundation skills.
- Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company.
