A human resources employee is required to work in a law office with nearly fifty employees. The applicant must have sufficient experience in the field of human resources. Responsibilities include: managing the recruitment and hiring processes in full, including those related to visas and residence permits and their regulations, following up on employee affairs, preparing and updating contracts, organizing training and development programs, and managing the payroll and insurance system. Proficiency in office computer programs is required, along with the ability to review relevant government entities, communication skills, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

As a key player in our HR department, you will support the onboarding process for new employees and help maintain employee records efficiently. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations, and providing support for employee engagement and training activities. You'll also assist in preparing essential HR reports and documentation while taking on ad-hoc HR tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
• Must not have been registered in GOSI for 12 months.
• Did not join the Tamheer program before.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Available to join immediately.
