Join PwC Middle East as a Senior Finance Analyst!
As a key member of our team in Al Khobar, you'll play an important role in delivering finance managed services that meet our clients' needs. This position calls for a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Manage all accounting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with vendors and customers to resolve queries and ensure seamless communication.
  • Internal Compliance: Enforce compliance policies and perform daily audits.

Expected Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • A minimum of 34 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Middle East.

About the Role
The Senior Finance Analyst at PwC Middle East plays a pivotal role in delivering Finance Managed Service operations within the Finance Service Tower. This position encompasses the processing of finance transactions and the production of essential reports, crucial for aiding decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Complete ownership of accounting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Manage the monthly closing of financial records and record month-end information.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting as required.
    • Assist accountants with A/P issues and invoice processing.
    • Resolve vendor queries in compliance with service level agreements (SLA).
    • Maintain exception logs for learning and compliance.
  • Order to Cash:
    • Identify unidentified cash and manage reconciliation processes.
    • Handle customer disputes and manage collection calls.
    • Ensure proper closure of cash office reconciliations.
    • Work closely with Merchants on credit card settlements.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and preferably Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 34 years of professional experience, ideally in the Middle East.
