Join Our Team as a Business Analyst!We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to manage and update products on our e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal teams to enhance our online presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces).
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, IT, customer service).
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Manage promotions, campaigns, and online offers.
- Ensure smooth order processing and resolve platform-related issues.
- Optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Support marketplace registrations and integrations (*, Trendyol, etc.).
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in MIS / IS / Computer Science / E-Commerce or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Experience Level: Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience (can be adjusted).
