  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Oversee accounts payable processes including accuracy in accounting and reconciliations.
    • Manage monthly closings and ensure financial statements are accurate.
    • Prepare financial reports as required.
    • Handle vendor queries and invoice processing, ensuring timely payments.
    • Engage in order-to-cash processes, resolving customer disputes and managing payment collections.
  • Expected Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
    • Strong understanding of accounting processes (P2P or O2C).
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management/Administration or equivalent.
    • 34 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Middle East.

About the Role
The Senior Finance Analyst at PwC Middle East plays a pivotal role in delivering Finance Managed Service operations within the Finance Service Tower. This position encompasses the processing of finance transactions and the production of essential reports, crucial for aiding decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable:
    • Complete ownership of accounting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Manage the monthly closing of financial records and record month-end information.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting as required.
    • Assist accountants with A/P issues and invoice processing.
    • Resolve vendor queries in compliance with service level agreements (SLA).
    • Maintain exception logs for learning and compliance.
  • Order to Cash:
    • Identify unidentified cash and manage reconciliation processes.
    • Handle customer disputes and manage collection calls.
    • Ensure proper closure of cash office reconciliations.
    • Work closely with Merchants on credit card settlements.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and preferably Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 34 years of professional experience, ideally in the Middle East.
