This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our finance transactions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable:
    Complete ownership of accounting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in monthly financial closings, and preparing periodic reports.
  • Order to Cash:
    Handle cash office reconciliations, manage cash-related queries, and oversee customer invoicing processes.
  • Compliance:
    Enforce internal compliance policies while conducting daily audits of invoices and exceptions.
Expected Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of finance processes including P2P and O2C.
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment while adhering to established SLAs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business-related fields.
- 34 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Licensing & Registration: Must hold a valid Saudi Driving License and be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance standards (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.) and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Commercial Skills: Negotiation, pricing, and margin management skills, experienced in preparing competitive bids.
