Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with legal advisors and authorities when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection and legal activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and commercial laws.

Requirements:

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in collections and/or legal support.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and collection procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information.

Follow up on collecting rents and leasing residential and commercial units, registering rental contracts, completing all matters related to regulatory affairs, marketing through real estate platforms, and following up on maintenance work.
