Your Role:As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in inspecting shop Gas Turbines and Centrifugal Compressors, producing detailed reports and managing inspection and calibration tools. This position involves:
- Inspecting components and preparing detailed inspection reports.
- Managing repair workorders and overseeing the repair qualification for new components.
- Identifying opportunities to improve methods and operations to enhance productivity and quality.
- Conducting quality assurance tests on new designs and developing manufacturing processes.
- Working closely with team members and collaborating on cross-functional projects.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in rotating equipment manufacturing.
- A familiarity with shop activities, including machinery and crane operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
