Key Responsibilities:- Analyze complex financial data from diverse sources to prepare reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and proactively identify potential issues.
- Support the development of problem-solving skills among direct reports and enhance team capabilities.
- Take initiative in prioritizing tasks needed for the team to fulfill its responsibilities.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations effectively to all levels within the company.
Qualifications:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to quickly learn new programs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels of management and with external customers.
