Key Responsibilities:- Support the Manager in leading outbound transportation for all CBU activities (Import/Export/Domestic).
- Assist in developing transportation strategies to optimize costs and service levels.
- Coordinate with carrier partners, 3PLs, and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor transportation KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Participate in freight audit, payment processes, and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and trade regulations.
- Promote sustainability through efficient routing and load consolidation.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet departmental goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within logistics.
- Strong acumen for freight cost management and budget control.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with outbound TMS platforms.
