Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise gym cleanliness, organization, and maintenance, including facility repairs and routine maintenance tasks.

• Ensure implementation of health and safety standards and report potential issues or risks.

• Supervise the team and participate in operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee member registration, bookings, visitors’ check-ins, handle complaints, and improve service processes.

• Support club sales performance through visitor engagement, coordination with the sales team, and promoting membership opportunities.

• Participate in meetings, communicate updates, and coordinate with other departments.

• Provide feedback to management on operational gaps and suggest improvements.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

• Maintain professional development and stay updated with industry knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

• ·

  Degrees in Management or Fitness are desirable.

• ·  

  Minimum of 3 years of experience.

• ·

  At least 1 year in the same capacity.

• ·

  Customer Service and Operations experience is desirable.
