Responsibilities include:- Preparing a work plan and program and following up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance.
- Distributing tasks among the team according to their capabilities and monitoring the team's performance.
- Assessing training needs and improving the skills of the maintenance team.
- Preparing preventive maintenance programs and overseeing their implementation.
- Classifying and documenting results and work reports.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technology.
- Practical experience of no less than 3 years.
- Recognized safety certifications such as NEBOSH and OSHA.
