Awtad, a premier real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce consistent and impactful messaging.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Assist in developing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Maintain the company's brand voice and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
