As a key contributor, you will support the operational functions of our company while ensuring a smooth interface between various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage service requests with vendors, including transportation and housing providers.
- Track and follow up on deliveries, shipments, and service contracts.
- Monitor inventory and supplies for HR and office needs.
- Coordinate with procurement for requisitions, purchase orders, and payments related to services.
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices and provide support in safety audits.
- Participate in company events, training sessions, and workshops.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for high school graduates, or minimum 3 years’ experience with a diploma.
- Excellent organizational and proactive communication skills.
- Proven leadership capability in large organizations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
